Belina Paillin is chosen by the Creator to save her world, Rheudaushim, from destruction. Such destruction hasn’t been seen since the Devastation War; over a thousand years ago.  Her world still lives in the shadow of that War.  She alone can prevent the Destroyer from beginning another reign of terror that would bring her people to complete desolation.  She must study and use a power that has been restricted since the war.  Torn between following the Creator's will, and young love, she struggles against an inner turmoil. A turmoil more wrenching than the Destroyer himself could have sought for her.
